10 mile medium pace aerobic resistance run on the mill at 6-6:30/mi. 75-80% mhr. I have been busy but you can see the basic outline of my new site here at Salt Lake Running Coach

When the site is fully functional it will have some really useful content including tips of the trade, and podcasts from different runners and events around state. More yet to come!
