AM-4x4 minutes progressing from LT pace to as hard as possible in the last minute. Equal recovery period at 7-8/min/mile pace.  1300 east with rolling hills. 13 miles total. Things are really starting to come back now in spite of the increased mileage.

PM-Easy 12 miles at 7:15-7:30/mile. Not bad , just really hot and dehydrated still. 96 degrees.  Figs, almonds and milk for breakfast.  Juice and sprouted bread for lunch with cheese.
