AM-6 miles easy this morning especially with the weather being so nasty. Untimed, just easy running at 65-70% mhr. Felt surprisingly good this morning considering last nights hill charge of the ice brigade! Yeah, I know I'm weird...

Dark Horse out.

PM-6 miles at 6 min/mile pace on the mill at 1.5% incline with 6 pickups to 5:20/mile for a minute each at  the end to practice form and smooth running.  Felt good to run wild a little tonight, so to speak.

Not wierd. You just enjoy your running, nothing wrong with that. I thought about getting out there first thing but I'm not going to have a break in the day until at earliest 10am. Hopefully it goes away by then. The forecast said 40F high today, we'll see... See you Saturday!

Darkhorse, no special vitamins, just horse pills (large bio-35 multi vitamins) Also, take garlic, calcium, Vitamin D, Mag, enzyemes, and joint stuff. No science behind this, but, taking my vitamins with a mixture of grape and palmagranate juice seems to help with the absorption.

Does anyone really know the best about vitamins?
