Steve - are you training for anything in particular?

From air darkhorse on Aug 21, 2008 at 15:26:46

I know some have said that this mileage is insane. However, I disagree now even though I have said otherwise in the past. It's all about how you approach the matter I believe... As long as you insert easier days and back off on the volume from time to time, this will reduce the overall monotony of the schedule.

Yes Paul, I am. I am training for St George and possibly a November marathon back east if all goes well. Looks like things are looking up for you now?

You must have posted your comment the same time I was doing my first one anyway, the one above is the answer to your question.

I don't really think your mileage is insane...still nothing more than what guys like Gilmore and Sell do.

Yes, things are going a bit better for me, but I'm just relaxing and enjoying it; no real long-term plans.

Good to hear that...
