AM-8 miles total with some on the treadmill and the road. Did some heart rate monitoring the old school method and went home. Shelving the beer and upping the iron intake since Thanksgiving has made a difference.
PM-13 mile progressive steady state run. 9 miles at 7-6:04/mi with .5-1.5% incline on the mill. 4 mile wm/cd on the road. Got in early this evening and managed to avoid the crowd.
