Pretty good race today considering the course and an overall net elevation gain too. Half of it was run in Sugar House park on a hilly grass course. The race turned left to go down to 1500 east and then wind its way up to the Presbyterian church. Great breakfast afterwards in a nice upbeat atmosphere inside. Oooh and fabulous prizes. Picked up 50 bucks, all in all not a bad day I must say. Masters did really well today scoring 1st and 2nd respectively. If they keep running like that I wont have a chance when I turn 40!

PM-7 miles easy. Fill in time later after I get back. 7 miles in 49:04 total.

Nice pace for that hilly course. I don't know how you can run so well week in and week out. Good job getting the mileage in after the race. I almost came to the race just for the breakfast, but slept in instead.

Any further progress on SLC Marathon $??
