AM-Easy 6 miler this morning again. No time, just runnin easy with my shadow out here again.

PM-Easy 6 miles again out on 7th and back. 7-7:30/mile.  No soreness from the race at all left. In hind sight it probably was a good decision afterall.

Great week of running :). Also, do not let people get under your skin about running. I think, once they know they have control the will keep pushing your buttons. That is just my opinion. Also, in regard to what kind of pace i should be running, what do you think i should be running my per mile pace? I have been running at around 7:09 ti 7:30 per mile. I would like to know what you think. Thank you for your help.
