AM-All out VO2 max session on the Rio loop with 1 mile hard, 2 min recovery and then 1.5 miles hard with 1 min recovery and then .5 mile all out with last .25 at 74 secs.  6 miles total.

On side note I had a weird dream,  I dreamt my ex-wife was neck and neck with me in the last mile of the NYC marathon and just as we got to the finish it ended.  Very strange...

Weird dream. Maybe it's a sign your both fighting for the same goals in life and are about to achieve them.

Nice workout. I'm curious at what your time was for the mile going all out. If you don't want to share that's okay.
