Easy-MP running today. I want to get my endurance to the point where I'm comfortable with daily 10 mile runs. 70 mpw is probably all I can handle right now with job and family demands.. Slowly adding on the quality workouts. Split times for "perceived marathon pace" were around 6:40-6:51 pace. Sad.. but I am older and a bit out of shape. Work on that though with more mileage and steady state longer runs.
