A nice relaxing 10 mile run up toward the mouth of the canyon and back.  Fantastic weather at lunch time today and I will definitely take this over snow any day thank you very much!  Feeling  renewed both physically and mentally.  I am optimistic and hopeful that this year will be definitely better than last.  Merry X-mas to everyone and best wishes for the New Year.  Run long, run strong and most important of all,  Live strong..

Got out for short run finally as a nasty flu bug crippled me this week.  Where did that come from? Strange one too, I was nothing but one big pile of fever and body aches.  However no sinus infection whatsoever. Better than nothing I guess.  2.5 miles total at 8-9 minute pace.  7th east.
