AM-13 miles. 7 on the road and 6 on the mill for better recovery from yesterday's run. First half very easy on the road at 7:30-8/min pace. Last on the mill around 6:40-7:30/min/mi. Jog home. Stretch and usual push-up/crunch routine. Form drills tomorrow maybe or short hill sprints.
PM-5 miles in heat and wind. I guess it was sort of easy..
