AM-Fartlek consisting of 1 min on 30 sec off.  Trying to put some race pace effort work off the pathetic base I have built this summer. Equal roughly to 300m on 100m off. Went well especially considering no coffee for the last week and a half..  7th/Parkway trail.

But you can have iced coffee right?

I just read the reference you provided for the first time.

This might be opening a can of worms..

In the spirit of the law and at the time, iced coffee was not really popular:) The primary addictive substances during this age were coffee, tobacco, and alcoholic beverages.. This was originally given as advice to the brethren not to partake. As their addictive properties could ultimately interfere with not only their health, but also affect their ability to have complete agency in decision making as well as their spiritual health. It was originally given as advice in the early days of the church. However as time went by it became clear that this was to be made a commandment in order to protect the members of the church from it's potential pitfalls and consequences by violating it.

By the way I'm working on it:) I'm not perfect by any means.
