Easy Miles Marathon Pace Miles Threshold Miles VO2 Max Miles Total Distance

Easy 20 miles at 7-7:30/mile pace on the JT trail and Midvale/South Salt Lake loop. Again the heat was an issue but nothing I couldn't deal with. Was kind of dissappointed with the Olympic marathon, I really had high hopes for the American team. Still, all in all the times they ran were not too shabby though. Tough race with so much talent this year and the deepest field I've seen in a while. Loss for words today, must be the post Olympic blues I don't know. Dark Horse out..

I'm kind of glad the Olympics are over. Now I will get to bed earlier.
