Easy 4 miles this morning. Feel great this morning.

On a side note for those of you who are interested, I was reading online yesterday how the Russians now have announced that they will slowly start to liquidate their Treasury bills. This is because of the reckless spending policies of our government and nation as a whole. This also comes on top of earlier news that the Chinese now want us to borrow in their currency and no longer in dollars. This is pretty alarming stuff folks.. We are losing are reserve currency status and it means our dollar is going to really lose value in the next few years.

Remember Germany in 20s? What happened after that?

What can I say the government sucks. Our only defense is that most governments tend to be even worse.
