Took today off to tie up some loose ends with school and related items.  I can't believe it either but I'm actually going back to school again to advance my education.  Wow.. I feel like I've been tipped over and shook down until everything including my loose change has been taken.

Yeah, it's not cheap. IMO, the system needs to change. Especially those that already have a college degree but want to change careers. Apprenticeship and hands on training should be the route. Not more of the same expensive books and classroom time.

Oh yeah, good luck in your studies.

Bob-I so agree on the apprenticeship idea. Germany is an excellent example of this.. They also retain their employees longer on average allowing for one of the most experienced and highly skilled workforces in the world.

Bob-Thanks, I'll need it.

That's fantastic, Steve. Good for you.
