AM-12 miles on the mill today. 7:30-6:40 pace. Felt like I needed to blog again if only to keep better track of miles and intensity. Also did about 30 minutes of weight work focusing on upper body and triceps. Love the new Pegasus shoes I got for Christmas by the way. Pretty sweet cushion wise.. 

PM-4 mile jog easy mill. 8-8:30/mi.

AM-16 miles at the oval. (1:47:19)- Met up with Rob today and chatted for a bit. Good to see him and his family and also hear his wisdom on running and kids.  Also met some new people there today which all in all was a nice change of pace from the usual zoo like atmosphere at the gym. Just unfortunate that the drive is a small trek to get there however.  Still, it's my goal this winter to get out there more often:)
