Easy 6 miles this morning at 7/min-7:30/mile pace. JRT out and back.   Made it to church today but our last meeting was a bit stressful because of some controversial statements by someone.   Some days I just grit my teeth and remind myself of something I learned recently;  "Principles before personalities". We are all inherently flawed as human beings and will say some pretty crappy things from time to time I suppose:(

AM-Easy 6 miles at 6:40-7:20/min pace up to the top of 13th east and back.

PM-Easy 5 miles at 7-7:30/mile on the lower loop.  Some stretching and flexibility work for the speed session tomorrow.

AM-Easy 6 miles at 6:45-7:10/mi pace.  7th and Ft Union.

PM-Progressive run of 6 miles starting at warm up 7:30/mile pace with the middle at 6-6:20 and the last 2 miles at 5:27-36/mile pace.  Last 3/4 mile in 3:44.  Downhill on the last but still felt pretty dang good:)

AM-10 miles with 5 miles high aerobic to reinforce yesterday's workout.  6-6:30/mile for 5 miles and 7-7:30 for the other miles.  7th and Ft Union out to SLC Marathon course and back.  Dang it was nippy this morning..

PM-6 miles on the treadmill at school. 6:42/mile avg pace.  Stretch afterwards with some calf raises and crunches.  For some reason I was daydreaming about Relay Del Sol and the good times we had there.  The record is still unbroken as far as I know.  I miss it..

AM-Easy 10 miles with no watch. Just ran while focusing on form and cadence.  

My 2yr old son woke up in the middle of the night as usual and turned on all the lights. Ugh.. My wife asked him what the matter was and he replied;  It was darkses momma and so I turned on the morning!  It gave us a laugh even at 3:30 am:)
