AM-Easy recovery with 7 miles at 7-7:30/mile pace. JRT loop and around 90th.  82-85 F again.  Man I wish for once I could run in some cooler weather.. Even so heart rate was lower than usual for a recovery even with the warm temp comparison.

Nice recover week. You've been putting in the miles. If your consistent your one of the top runners on the blog and it will show in your races like it did that year in Ogden or St. George. I know it's hard to stay consistent. If that's what you want out of running to be one of the best.

I believe now running needs to be a spiritual thing and to allow God to handle what I run.

But sometimes running when you want is a better concept when live is busy.
