Be consistent and get faster.  Be in the top 3 at the Top of Utah Marathon next year.  Win some local masters races.



Long-Term Running Goals:

Run sub 2:30 again.

Easy 4 miles at 7-8/min pace. I am very busy with a new career change along with family responsibilities and this makes for very little time for running lately.  It is a welcome and exciting time however:)  I feel really blessed.

AM-6 miles very easy and left the watch at home to make sure of it. Oh wow I'm so out of shape..    Lots of ice and especially on the side streets out there otherwise a beautiful morning.

Weight is moving up a little finally as I'm over 140 lbs now and feel much healthier.  First time in quite a while which is good:)

PM-6 miles easy again. Rio loop. No time taken.
